As part of our efforts to honor the legacy of Xicanx artists and the Chicano Arts Movement here in San Antonio, we are highlighting our current Hudson Showroom exhibition titled “Undercurrents: Vincent Valdez”. This exhibition features a sizable group show featuring artists who have greatly impacted the career of San Antonio native Vincent Valdez and who have also had a major impact on the Chicano Arts Movement.

LECHUZA GUIDE TO THE LONE STAR STATE is a new theatrical performance inspired by the urban legend super-star de Las Americas, LA LECHUZA. Written and performed by Marisela Barrera with live music by Joe Reyes and odie, LECHUZA GUIDE TO THE LONE STAR STATE plays August 2 & 3 at 8PM at Jump-Start Theater, 710 Fredericksburg Rd. 78201.
